Made-to-order items are sold on a non-cancelable, non-returnable basis.

Stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Must be unopened and in resalable condition. A 35% restocking fee will be applied. An RMA number must be issued prior to the return and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Cancellations:

All products are custom manufactured for each customer. Once production has commenced, there can be no changes or cancellations of orders.

Warranty Policy:

The warranty does not cover damage as a result of normal wear, abuse, abrasion, or failure to follow care and use instructions. Seller hereby disclaims all other warranties, either expressed or implied. Modifications to garments made by the facility or wearer voids all warranties.

Shipping:

Products ship throughout the United States via Federal Express ground (FOB destination) unless otherwise specified. Title and risk of loss or damage will transfer from seller to customer upon delivery of goods for all transactions shipped on seller’s accounts. Customer shall notify seller of any shipping damage or missing items within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Eyewear claims made within 30 days of delivery will be repaired at no charge. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Delivery:

Burlington Medical’s made-to-order items will ship within 10 business days of receiving your completed order. A $250 fee per apron will be applied to all rush orders. Stock items are shipped within 1 business day of receipt of your completed order.
